With most trails above treeline, our adventure in the Dolomites is nothing short of breathtaking. In the heart of the Italian Alps, the Dolomites offer more than just incredible views—they offer mountain huts.
As you hike from hut to hut, your pack stays light. No need to carry the weight of the world. Each evening, a warm mountain hut welcomes you with the scent of slow-cooked dinners, the comfort of a soft bed, and the luxury of a hot shower.
These aren't just huts—they're havens, perched high above the clouds, where morning light pours through wooden shutters and fresh-baked bread greets you at breakfast.
It's mountain magic, Italian style—effortless, delicious, and unforgettable.

Six days of unforgettable experiences through the heart of the Dolomites
Meet in Venice, Italy at 8:00 am. Transfer to my family cabin to store extra bags and complete a pack check. We'll do a trip briefing before starting our first hike.
Be ready: today includes approximately 3,000 ft of elevation gain with stunning views, beautiful meadows, and opportunities to buy local cheese. Our first rifugio is in the Veneto region near the Trentino border, in the Biois Valley—considered one of the most beautiful valleys in the Dolomites.
After breakfast (included), we descend into Val Fredda—a lesser-known valley mostly frequented by locals, with incredible views of the Pale di San Martino.
We start above treeline and gradually descend into Passo San Pellegrino, a mountain pass made famous by the Giro d'Italia. Lunch at a beautiful rifugio and hiking through expansive flower fields.
Today combines two hikes. After breakfast, we descend back to the van via an easy hike through woods and two villages.
If time permits, we'll stop to tour a rare and traditional mountain farm (Maso). We then transfer to Alleghe for a hike along the "Wall of Walls."
A full day of hiking with approximately 4,000 ft of elevation change, including an easy descent into the Dolomites.
We'll enjoy a traditional schitz plate for lunch or homemade strudel for an afternoon snack. You'll hike through two iconic mountain passes and feel on top of the world.
We begin at Rifugio Auronzo, surrounded by jagged peaks and crisp mountain air. The trail heads south, skirting dramatic cliffs and sweeping alpine meadows of the Cadini di Misurina.
As we gain elevation, the landscape becomes quieter, wilder, and more remote. We reach the rugged silence of Croda dei Toni, one of the Dolomites' most imposing and lesser-traveled giants.
Expect raw, humbling views—sharp ridgelines, deep valleys, and profound solitude.
Early risers won't want to miss the dramatic sunrise. We hike toward the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, passing remnants of World War I battles, including Austrian dugouts and Italian trenches.
The "Three Peaks" are among the most dramatic formations in the Dolomites, known for their extraordinary spike-like shape.

Guide | Co-Founder | Engineer
Born and raised in Northeastern Italy, Stefano's family has had a vacation home in the Dolomites for over 60 years. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Dolomites shaped his childhood—spent hiking trails, climbing via ferrata, hunting mushrooms, napping on mountain tops, and skiing in winter.
He invites you to share an adventure of a lifetime and experience the Dolomites as a local.

Raised on five acres in Washington State, Rachel grew up barefoot and outdoors. A former Half Ironman finisher, runner, and hiker, she brings experience, calm, perspective, and snacks.
She loves how Dolomites trips strip away distractions and create space for reflection, connection, and growth—and is honored to guide others through the mountains.
